On Dec.20th, organized by E20 Environment Forum, the award ceremony of ‘2019 Annual Solid Waste Enterprise’ was held at the 2019 (13th) Solid Waste Strategy Forum in Beijing. WELLE Group was awarded the "Leading Enterprise of Organic Waste Treatment" in 2019.

In 2019, with the promotion of "garbage classification is the new fashion" in China, various segments of solid waste began to flourish. Treatment of food waste, kitchen waste and other organic waste began to attract widespread attention; the "momentum" of garbage incineration keeps strong; smart sanitation, garbage classification and other emerging sub-sectors ushered in a thriving development.

Under this background, the forum set "Game and Co-competition, Ecological Interconnection" as the theme and invited relevant state ministries and commissions, local government management departments, authoritative experts and leading enterprises. The forum is divided into four units to discuss the future development trend of solid waste industry.

Wang Yadong, Deputy General Manager of WELLE Group's Solid Waste Business Unit, accepted the award as representative and he said that the award was a recognition and encouragement to WELLE in organic waste treatment.

WELLE Group is a comprehensive environmental service provider focusing on the utilization of organic waste. WELLE has implemented nearly 300 leachate projects, over 20 food waste projects and more than 250 agricultural organic waste projects, which is of great significance for protecting the ecological environment and promoting the sustainable development of local economy, society and environment.

In the future, WELLE will continue to innovate, and use state-of-the-art technology to expand and strengthen the organic waste business to promote more sustainable development of China.
